HOW IT WORKS…

1. Create a list
You can upload your list in CSV or XLS format over our secure network or we can provide one for you based off of demographics and information you provide.
The first row is required to name the columns for easy identification. We will match the fields based on this row and allow you to adjust the column names as necessary. Popular fields such as “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Address” are automatically available – but you can add any that you like including text, numbers and dates.
2. Upload your creative
Each piece of mail can be personalized beyond the address box. From variable graphics and custom offers to variable bar-codes and colors.
Every creative is scanned by our software to make sure the resolution, bleed, and layout is properly provided. You will always have a chance to proof the final product before the printing begins.


3. Merge the data
After the list has been processed and the quality of the creative confirmed a mailing will be ready for print. This is where you can sample the records one-by-one, by search term or have a random selection generated for your perusal.
4. Proof the merged data
After the list has been verified, sanitized and ready for mailing you can proof the job before it goes to print. You can look at each piece, search for pieces by column name, or preview a random sample.
You can also preview the quality assurance analysis and postal forms to help judge the quality of the merge.


5. Print and mail
If you approve the job it will be immediately sent to the print queue. After printing, the job is placed in trays and carried to the post office for mailing.
You typically have 30 minutes to cancel the job after approving.
